Nespresso Coffee Machine

I have a confession to make. I am addicted to our Nespresso Pixie machine. For those of you that have been to our children’s photography studio in Niwot, Colorado over the last two years you’ve probably experienced one of our famous, made-to-order lattes accompanied by warm, frothy milk of your choice made by either our photography studio manager Miranda or myself. WE. ARE. OBSESSED. We drink at least one of these a day (sometimes way more).

Recently, I got adventurous, (who am I kidding? I ran out of skim milk) and tried using chocolate milk in it’s place. The first sip was heavenly. I’m not sure I’ll ever order a mocha from a coffee shop again. I used my favorite flavor pod of espresso, Ristretto, (which are fully recyclable – I’m so Boulder), frothed up some warm chocolate milk, poured it in my new Pottery Barn farm-house-white mug (no, I don’t know how to make the latte heart on top yet) and drank the whole thing in just two sips. Heaven, pure heaven. The best part? They keep our energy high for our children’s photography sessions that are often extremely fast paced.

For any moms of toddlers out there – are any parents at all for that matter – THIS MACHINE IS FOR YOU. One sip from your new heaven-on-earth mocha machine and you won’t regret. I promise. These can be found online at nespresso.com or at Sur la Table.

My favorite pod flavors are Ristretto, Arpeggio, and Roma (I like my caffeine nice and strong).

PS – No, I won’t make a commission from this post.

Enjoy! xo
