Grandma and newborn baby girl granddaughter
I don’t know about you, but whenever I have the opportunity to photograph grandparents (or even great grandparents) with their grandbabies I get teary-eyed.
There’s something so special about the love they share.
There’s something so very unique and magical about the way they look at them.
The way they hold their hand.
How they comfort them (and sometimes spoil them) in a way only grandparents can.
It feels a bit like I’m watching them look into their future.
Or maybe remembering the past when their own children were babies.
Whatever it is, I can’t get enough of it.
This photo of grandma (who flew all the way in from England for the birth) and her new granddaughter is no exception.
Just look at that bond between grandma and newborn baby granddaughter.
Have I mentioned how much I love my job?!
