What would you do if you could make $1 million dollars of revenue in 1 year? This is exactly what I teach inside of my mastermind. I teach people how to build a million-dollar coaching business in one year with one piece of content, repurposed 3 different ways, working just 4 days a week.
In 2023, I brought in $1.32 million in cash, and I’m going in-depth about what I did that helped contribute to that success.
The breakdown of my $1.32 million year
So, here’s a breakdown of where my 2023 income came from. $122K was from passive income. $900K was from high-ticket group coaching. $300K was in-person retreats and workshops.
I’ve taken everything I’ve learned the hard way, and I’ve now helped thousands of women around the world turn their skills, knowledge, and experience into online courses, coaching programs, masterminds, retreats, and workshops.
Some of my clients are on the trajectory to hit a million dollars this year. Some have brought in over $300K in cash from their very first coaching year in addition to their other income. I have clients that have hit $50K in the first 3 months of working together.
Even if you don’t have a huge social media following or an email list, you can still do this. You just have to start. And that’s what I teach inside of my mastermind. It’s the 3-part framework to building a million-dollar coaching business in one year.
My 3-part framework to making $1 million a year
My 3-part framework is passive income, meaning digital offers or online courses, high-ticket coaching programs, as well as in-person retreats. You’re going to take one solid AF offer and you’re going to turn it into 3 different offers. So, you take that one piece of content and turn it into an online course, then turn that into a high-ticket coaching program, and then turn that into an in-person retreat.
There’s a different type of buyer for each of those offers.
The online course – This buyer doesn’t want to invest as much and they want to be able to DIY it. They want to log in and do the work themselves.
The high-ticket coaching – They want a little more handholding and direct access to you as a coach. This person wants live coaching calls and daily support.
The retreat – This type of buyer prioritizes her time. She wants to learn what you’re going to teach in your coaching program but wants to expedite her results.
