Embracing your sensuality can be intimidating, but my guest today makes it super easy! I am so freaking excited to chat with my dear friend Tutti Del Monte! She is a good friend of mine as well as a client. She’s also a boudoir photographer and educator based out of Florida. We met a while ago online, but recently met in person in February in Mexico. Tutti is not just an amazing photographer, but she also knows exactly what to do to make women feel confident and comfortable in front of the camera.
How Tutti got into boudoir photography
Tutti got into boudoir photography almost by accident 14 years ago. She went to school for public relations, but the jobs she was offered did not fulfill her. Photography had been something she had always loved as a hobby. However, it was never modeled in her home to have an artistic career.
Since she had already loved photography, she decided to study it in Europe. During a self-portrait assignment, she assisted one of her friends with a boudoir shoot, which is what most of her portfolio ended up being. When she came back home, one of her friends saw the photos and asked her to do boudoir photos of her, and it just snowballed!
From there, she realized she had a natural talent when it came to making women feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera. Tutti believes if you give a woman permission to feel sexy, feminine, and playful, then she gets to see that side of her and she gets to feel proud of it and unlock something within her that is very powerful.
The Sexy Selfie Program
This program is for those who are still very timid in front of the camera, but want to take sexy photos and don’t know where to start. It includes poses that are approachable and doable no matter where you are, where you live, or what your comfort level is. Tutti offers easy-to-follow poses, lighting tips, and guidance on camera positioning, which can all be done using an iPhone. The program starts at level one, and after that, each level gets increasingly spicy to help you push the boundary.
How to work with Tutti
Tutti is putting together a course specifically for photographers who want to take their boudoir photography business to the next level. Where they can learn the business side of photography and feel confident that they are giving their clients a full experience of feeling more sensual and more confident.
She also plans on hosting retreats where women can get in touch with their sensual side and with their bodies. Tutti plans to combine photography with personal growth, movement, and relaxation in beautiful locations!
