Q ~ Do we have to choose a session plan before our portrait session?
A ~ No. Simply pay a $300 deposit, which will be applied towards your session fee and portraiture package. You will choose your package during your viewing session, once you have seen your images.
Q ~ Do we have to choose our photos at the Viewing Session or can we decide later?
A ~ Yes. We do this to help you! The last thing we want to do is give you homework or add anything else to your to-do list. But don’t worry; the viewing session is very easy. We will have already discussed the products you are most interested in and we’ll know the items that are included in your session plan; you’ll just have to tell us which images are your favorites.
Q ~ How will you get our orders to us? Do you mail them?
A ~ As a special bonus, Packages A-C include in-home delivery and hanging (as long as you live within 50 miles). Yep, you heard that right. We’ll come into your home and hang your canvases for you at no additional charge. It’s not that we don’t think you or your husband are capable of this, it’s that we know how busy life gets and we would rather see your gorgeous art pieces hanging on your wall vs. sitting in the closet collecting dust until you have time to find the hammer. If you choose a package other than A, B, or C, we will mail your order to you wrapped extra tight in bubble wrap to be sure it arrives safe and sound.
Q ~ Do you accept credit cards?
A ~ Yes. Visa and MasterCard.
Q: What happens if my child wakes up sick the morning of our session?
A ~ We will understand. I’m a mama, too. As much as we hate to see our children sick, it does happen. We just ask that you give us as much notice as possible so we can attempt to fill the time if there’s another family on the wait list. We can reschedule for a better date once everyone’s feeling better.
