Two words: Baby Mohawk.

What more can I say? I mean, come on boy. You had me at hello when you arrived at the studio for our Boulder newborn session. I’ve been photographing this family for a couple years now, starting with his big brother’s newborn photos. There’s something to be said about a mama that arrives calm, cool, and collected (all while working off of no sleep … because 2 babies under 2 years is no joke). Because guess what happens to the baby? He is also calm, cool, and collected. It was amazing.
This little dude slept the entire … I repeat, entire … newborn session. He even flashed a couple smiles for the camera, which as you can imagine, made me smile ear to ear.

All Natural. No silly props. No unnatural newborn posing.

Photographing babies in our all white, all natural light Boulder photography studio, is my favorite way to photograph newborn babies. My goal is photograph the baby in a natural way, the way he really sleeps. No silly bows, hats, or props. No unnatural newborn poses. Simple, clean, modern, timeless, natural newborn photography. That’s what makes my heart sing. That’s what makes my clients come back for more … just like this little guy and his family.
