Want to know the secret to creating a high-impact online course or coaching program in just 3 days? ChatGPT (or as I like to call it, “G”). You may be skeptical of its potential, but I promise that it makes creating your course or coaching fun and easy!

I’m breaking down my proven method for using ChatGPT to expedite course creation, allowing you to validate your offer, design a course that solves real problems, and even pre-sell it before recording a single lesson. Whether you’re just starting out or have been in the industry for years, this approach is an absolute game-changer!

Steps to creating your online course

Validate your offer

The first step is seeing if people not only want your offer, but NEED your offer. The last thing you want to do is put all your time and energy into creating a course if nobody ends up buying it. 

Figure out what problem your offer solves 

I’ve said this a million times and I’ll say it again, if you have something that can solve someone’s problem, then you have a sellable offer. So, you have to figure out what that problem is whether it’s more time, more freedom, more money, more joy, better sex, better relationships. Whatever that is, if you have something you have cracked the code on and you can share that with others, you have a sellable offer. 

Identify your target audience 

This isn’t one of those cheesy, “identify your avatar” exercises. You need to go even deeper than that. How old are they? What are their demographics? Their age? What do they like to do? Where do they spend their money and their time? What do they value? How do they talk? What do they think? 

It’s important to know EXACTLY who your target audience is so you can speak to their desired outcomes.

Create your course 

Once you have all of this figured out, you can use ChatGPT to help map out your modules, lessons, and resources. You are going to have a super well-structured and impactful course before you even hit record! 

Pre-sell your course 

I’m going to tell you something – I don’t even start recording my courses until I sell them. I know that I don’t want to spend all those hours recording modules, creating content, and pushing out ads just to have nobody buy! By pre-selling your course, it validates the demand for your offer and also gives you an incentive to actually finish creating the course. 

Launch timeline 

The other thing I love about ChatGPT is that you can use it to help plan your launch timeline from social media content to email sequences. It’s going to automate a ton of the heavy lifting, which allows you to focus on engaging with your community. 

Client success stories 

If you don’t believe what ChatGPT can do for you, then here are just a few examples of how some of my clients have successfully used it. 

Brooklyn came to me a week and a half ago with a beginner photography course idea. In just the first day, we had her program mapped out, all of the modules and lessons written, the scripts she was going to use, the resources and templates she needed, the start and end date, the launch date, price point, who it’s for, why they need it, and what it solves. 

On day two, we had her entire sales page written out so she could put it on her website, her pre-launch emails and launch emails written out, and all of her social media content planned. 

On day three, we finalized her launch plan. She launched her program on a Sunday, and in just the first day, she made $2,500 without recording a single lesson!  

The same thing happened with my other client Jenny. We worked together and in two days, we mapped out every single piece of her program. She made $6,000 on day one. 

Gina was at my Denver retreat and we did a lot of these same things together in person in a group setting. I challenged her to do a couple of these tasks after the retreat on her way back to the hotel. By the end of the weekend, she messaged me and said she made $14,600 over the weekend! She sold 12 courses and filled 3 one-on-one spots.
