The number one tip? Focus on one program. Just one program until you hit a million dollars. So, for me, that was my mastermind. It was my first ever high-ticket coaching program. And while that mastermind is now retired, I solely focused on that for just over 2 years and nothing else.
The reason for this is if you are trying to do too many things as once – host a mastermind, launch a course, getting some digital products out there, a one-on-one offer – not only are you going to be confused, but your audience will be as well.
Once I hit a million with my mastermind, I switched to rolling enrollment, which means it’s always available as long as you have space and the bandwidth to enroll people, and you can do this through a series of a very strategic funnel where people are applying and joining every single week. This means you are massively scaling your business. However, I wouldn’t suggest this until you do a couple of live launches so you can figure out what needs to be tweaked.
After you’ve nailed your live launches and you’ve moved onto rolling enrollment, record your lessons for evergreen access, and I like to do this in Thrivecart. You can set up funnel through low cost Instragrm ads where you are sending people to some form of free content that gives them great value. This will build that know, like, and trust factor and then you can invite them to your offer.
If you follow these steps, you can absolutely scale your coaching business to over a million dollars a year on autopilot.
