I’ve recently been having a lot of conversations in the DMs about scaling and where to start. The women who I talk to are successful female entrepreneurs who have launched a successful business. They are at least a year in business and making money, but they don’t know what’s next and are starting to feel burned out.
I’ll be honest – to get to the point where you can scale to 6 or 7 figures, travel the world, and only work 4 days a week, it takes a lot of work. But it doesn’t have to be hard work. It’s exciting work. And if you own a successful business of any type, I truly believe you have an online course or high-ticket program, retreat, or workshop living in your head.
So, I’m excited to share some mindset strategies that are both practical and strategic. These are techniques I’ve personally worked on and have helped many clients work on as well.
Using what you’ve learned to help others fast-track their success
I’m sure you’ve overcome struggles. Think back to when you first started your business. What was it you didn’t know? For me, it was literally everything about running a business. I had to learn the hard way through years of trial and error. Looking back, it didn’t have to be hard. If you’re someone who has overcome struggles in your business, wouldn’t it be cool to share the roadmap with others to help them fast-track their success?
Find a support system
One thing I’ve learned along the way to help me reach my goals is to surround yourself with people whose current reality is your dream. When you hang out with people who are just a few steps ahead of you, they will want to support you and help you level up. Instead of competing, they collaborate.
